Advocacy

Public policy can be a powerful tool for breaking down barriers and driving progress. We work with partners across the country and across the political spectrum to build support for policies that will unlock opportunities and improve people’s lives.

Participants at Vote Run Lead's Run 51 Summit learn how to run effective campaigns for state office.

Our partners are building broad coalitions to advocate for policies that address the issues women and families care about—from expanding paid leave to supporting caregivers to increasing women’s representation in elected office.

We follow the lead of those closest to the issues—people with lived experience, advocates, policy experts—and use our resources, platform, and networks to amplify their critical work and expand their reach.

"Public policy is ultimately about people. When you're advocating for better policies, you're advocating for the people whose lives will change because of them."
